It's just called "Toddler Pasta" by Parents magazine, and I found it while googling "healthy pasta recipe". What fun (and how yummy) to throw a variety of colorful vegetables together like this - anything goes! Add a little vegetable broth for a yummy soup. Perhaps it should be "Not Just For Toddlers Pasta"!
