Singapore Street Noodles this was excellent I used the recipes from food.com and no recipe.com as a guide. I used chicken and shrimp and the sauce I stuck too per the food.com recipe. The rice noodles were a little stiffer than I like and I wish the recipe made more sauce. All in all this was a great PF Chang's copycat!!
Spiced Pork w/ Bourbon Reduction very easy, however, I never use tenderloin always a Pork Loin, the tenderloins are too small for our family, and I always bake in the oven never on the stove. I bake in my covered roaster on 300 degrees for about 2 1/2 hrs depending on the size.
Swiss Chickenthis is a must try recipe! It is excellent and that extra creamy goodness that's left is delicious over rice. Next time I will add more croutons on top so it will cover the whole piece of chicken.
Crispy Maple Baked Sriricha Wings.... This was excellent and very easy to make I couldn't decide if I wanted to coat them all with the sauce because it tasted so good both ways. So I did half and half! Either way it's a keeper, I think I will try the sauce on ribs next!
Pepper Steakok this recipe was loosely taken from the recipes on my Main Dish board. Excellent and easy! I marinated the steak in a mixture of hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and chili garlic sauce. I doubled the sauce and added more broth to the pan as the sauce was a bit to thick for me. Just try it and you won't be disappointed, it tasted better than take-out!!!!
