Peaches and Cream Oatmeal (E) I've also made this with raspberries and ginger and cinnamon.  One of mine and hubs favorite breakfasts! Peaches & Cream Oatmeal cup old-fashioned oats tsp Truvia tsp chia seeds sprinkle of nutmeg & cinnamon pinch salt dash vanilla cup greek yogurt cup unsweetened almond milk 1 peach, diced.

Chicken Chile (E)   1 lb Great Northern Beans (soaked overnight)* 5 cups of Chicken Broth*  3 Cloves of Garlic (minced) * 1 onion (diced) * 1 8oz can diced green chilies * 2 tsp Cumin * 2 tsp Oregano * ¼ tsp cloves*  ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper * 2 tsp salt * 4 to 6 frozen Chicken breast * Put all ingredients into the crock pot and cook for 6 to 8 hours on low until chicken shreds easily.  Top with Greek Yogurt or low fat Sour Cream with green onions and fresh tomatoes or salsa.
