Decomposing Teen Numbers
Composing and Decomposing Teen Numbers Worksheets - Students practice composing and decomposing teen numbers to develop a better understanding of place value and the relationship between addition and subtraction! This set focuses on teen numbers as a bundle of ten ones, called a “ten” and one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, or nine “ones”. (CCSS.1.NBT.B.2)
Matching Numbers with Ice Cream includes nine pages of ice cream scoops, numbers four through 20. Each ice cream cone has a number written on it and each ice cream scoop has two to four dice. Students will count the number of dots on each dice and then match it to the correctly numbered cone.
