Princess Deokhye of Korea (25 May 1912 - 21 Apr 1989) - She was the last princess of Korea. Her father, Emperor Gwangmu, loved her greatly. She went to Japan in 1925, but was silent. When her mother died, she developed a mental illness. The Empress of Japan "matched" her to Count Sō Takeyuki, a Japanese nobleman; she had a daughter in 1932. She spent years in and out of mental clinics, divorcing her husband in 1953. Her daughter committed suicide in 1955 and Deokhye's condition worsened.
