The Crownsplitters1 was Carlo Varese's gang in Novigrad around 1272 and composed mainly of dwarves and eventually even halflings and gnomes. While their headquarters was located near Hierarch Square, the gang controlled the harborside and the outskirts of the city, where most of the nonhumans were cut off.
