At least we know that Finrod walks with Finarfin in Valinor and I'm pretty sure that Fingolfin and Fingon were noble enough to be released from the Halls of Mandos by Namo if that's what they wanted. But Feanor's later deeds were just too evil so he will never leave be allowed to live again.
