From top: chocolate glacage, milk chocolate mousse, crème brûlée, dark chocolate mousse, praliné-feuilleté, hazelnut dacquoise, decor: pearl dust, chocolate sheet and caramelized hazelnut.

Chocolate rich entremet. Layers: Crémeux au chocolat, Chocolate sponge, Nut Dacquoise, Praliné feuilletine. (Pinner´s note: as for this last layer, I always replace the Pailleté Feuilletine w. rice krispies and although hazelnut praline is esy to make, I sometimes replace it w. nutella.)
