H!P

Hello! Project or H!P was established in 1997 in Tokyo, Japan. It's considered the home base for soloists and girl groups under the Japanese entertainment company, Up-Front Promotion with Tsunku (now retired) as main producer. They're the 1st to include foreign members, tour outside Japan/Asia & rotating established members into sub groups within the company that would inspire Yasushi Akimoto to create his version (48 groups) in 2005 that follows H!P's template.
