Attributed to the York, PA., area, circa 1800. 7" x 8" leather pouch having a flap decorated with stylized tulip, belt having a strap holding a 13" screw top powder horn. Horn is nicely polished with fine turned screw top and domed button top end. SIZE: As noted above. PROVENANCE: Estate of Siro R. Toffolon, of Old Lyme, CT.
