Best Cornish Hens Ever. Roasted in Philips Airfryer! Here's how: I used two small Cornish Hens - about 3-4 pounds for the large Airfryer. Preheat at 390F (200C) for 3 minutes. Place chicken in basket. Set at 3 minutes, turn over and continue for 3 minutes. Turn temp down to 360F (180C). And continue cooking for 16 minutes, checking 1/2 way through. We have to pause to pour out chicken fat to prevent smoking.
