Moldable snow! Wees loved making it and playing with it! Mix a large box of baking soda with a can of shaving cream and a little corn starch. It's a similar texture to freshly fallen snow and is even cool to the touch. We made snowmen! An extension activity is to spray the 'snow' with vinegar and watch it erupt!

I've seen this all over, but this is the only place I've actually seen the recipe. Basically, 2 16 oz boxes of corn starch, 1 can of shaving cream, and optionally, peppermint extract and/or Buffalo Snow glitter. Mix mix mix, play! See the link for directions and really cute ideas.

Two 16 oz boxes of corn starch/ corn flour One can of shaving cream Peppermint Extract (optional) Buffalo Snow Iridescent Flakes Slowly add the shaving cream and snow glitter to the corn starch. You don't need the whole bag of snow glitter. Just keep adding it until you like the amount of sparkle. It takes a bit of mixing to work the shaving cream into the corn starch.
