Canning ketchup peppers
Amish Canned Peppers: 2 gallons of peppers. 2 cups of vinegar. 2 cups of sugar. 28 oz bottle of ketchup. 6 oz of vegetable oil. 2 Tbsp of canning salt. Cloves of garlic. Combine vinegar, sugar, ketchup, oil & salt in a pot & bring to a boil. Put 2 or 3 pieces of garlic in each hot jar & add peppers. Pour your sauce over the peppers in the jar. Hot water bath for 10-15 minutes.
