Co-teaching has so many perks, however I felt the stress of not being in my classroom and not having everything I needed at my reach. There are also times where I am responsible for students on another special education teacher's caseload. Five years ago I created a binder that has saved me from running from the inclusion classroom to my classroom about 5 times a day, as well as pestering other special education teachers about students on their caseload.
