This is funny, because on NPR this morning, it was announced that researchers have decided that reptiles like this one do in fact, have distinct personalities. Well, duh! I've often said that scientists have the wrong perspective on animal intelligence. They are all still working with antiquated notions of human superiority being the yardstick by which other living things should be measured. They need to suck it up and do real science by measuring without such presets. It taints the data.
