CJ's Easy Chocolate Gravy: I've had several people ask for this, so here you go :) My 2 minute, microwave chocolate gravy is about 2 servings. Double ingredients for more. 1 heaping tblspn all purpose flour (I use whole wheat flour) 1 heaping tblspn cocoa, 1/2 cup sugar, - Stir. Add 1 cup milk. Stir well. Microwave 1 minute 10 seconds. Stir. Microwave 1 more minute. Stir in a dash of vanilla and a spoon of butter. Viola! You may want to microwave a little longer (in 30 sec intervals) to thicken. I buy the Grands butter tastin buscuits then spread butter on them, let it melt and pour the gravy over it. Soooo good! lol..btw, I don't add cinnamon or nuts either.
