Green Peruvian Aji Sauce - really good! The only change I would make is to keep some of the jalapeño seeds. The sauce has good flavor and would benefit from a little spice. Also, the recipe mentions that the peanut butter is optional - definitely include it! It adds a much deeper flavor but doesn't make it taste peanut buttery. I had it with French fries, zucchini fries, home fries topped with an over easy egg.
