The El Miro Theatre, located at 1441 3rd Street in Santa Monica (1934). The façade is still there, though the interior was razed to make way for what is now the AMC Loew's Broadway 4 multiplex, and 3rd Street is now the Promenade.

The Sears store, built just after World War II at 302 Colorado Avenue, is significant on several accounts. First, the building is an outstanding example of late Streamline Moderne architecture.
