Rempeyek Udang ala Padang. Fresh shrimp crackers, it's different from regular shrimp crackers (kerupuk udang). This salty and crunchy side dish used rice flour based batter and whole fresh shrimp (not ground shrimp), seasoned with herb and spices before deep fried. Different seasoning and batter mixed produce variety of Rempeyek. This one came from Warung Padang (Padangnese restaurant).
