Here's what you need:    sandwich-sized ziploc bag (I used a generic brand and it worked fine!)  1/4 cup warm water  1/2 cup vinegar  1 tbsp. baking soda  toilet paper    Put baking soda in toilet paper to make a packet.  Put water and vinegar in sandwich bag.  Hold packet of soda toward top while you seal the bag.  Shake bag to mix and set down quickly either outside or in sink. Science Birthday, Mad Science
