Homeschool has taken a back seat this week with Emily’s surgery on Monday, still no drinkable water in our house and waaaaay too many other things to get done 😱 Emily @pumpkinvinecreekfarm is normally our pie baker for the holidays (she ROCKS at making homemade pies completely from scratch!!!), but since she’s completely incapacitated at this point, I had to settle for pumpkin pies from Costco 😬 Still better than most...but not Emily’s! Do y’all have a favorite store-bought pumpkin pie? ..No
