My last run on May 2016. I need to have a plan if I want to achieve for 5K.

Somebody told me to search another route so you will not get bored on your running experience. So this is what I did, a very random run route. What I didn't expect there are lots of hills. Oh boy.. my legs got sore. But when the 30minutes finished, I am just HAPPY.

This may look as a slow run, but this is the first time I'm running with my son on running track. I am happy to see he run with his pyjamas and smile very big. He enjoyed it, so did I.
