The Narmer Palette. Corpus of Egyptian Late Predynastic Palettes
The Narmer Palette, also known as the Great Hierakonopolis Palette or the Palette of Narmer, dating from about the 31st century BCE, containing some of the earliest hieroglyphic inscriptions ever found. It is thought by some to depict the unification of Upper and Lower Egypt under the king Narmer.

She is always depicted as a cow or with the attributes of a cow. In her form as Hesat she is shown as a pure white cow carrying a tray of food on her head as her udders flow with milk.
