But most of them were shockingly traditional, if also kind of boring. But perhaps when you combine steak and eggs you don't really need anything else. The egg yolk is already a perfect sauce, and a well seasoned steak is a thing of utter beauty.

Best Marinated Hanger Steak Ever - Mix 1C balsamic vinegar, 1/2C brown sugar, 1/4-1/2C Worcestershire Sauce in Gallon Ziploc bag.  Add 2lbs Hanger/Flank steak and soak for at least 3 hours, turning regularly.  Grill over med-high heat until steaks are done to your liking.  Rest for 5 min, then slice on diagonal.
