ISLAM 101

The time during the month of Ramadan is blessed and precious. It is a golden opportunity to seek closeness to Allah. Before we know it, this month of mercy and forgiveness will be over. We should try and spend every moment possible in the worship of Allah so that we can make the most of this blessing. Avoid getting into unwanted conversations instead use the time to recite a lot of Quran and avoid oversleeping so that you get enough time to pray the nafil prayers.

But only as a reminder for those who fear Allah. (Qur’an 20:1-3) More Calmness | www.WordofAllah.com More Inspiration | www.LionofAllah.com

Ramadan Reinspired: Day Eleven This Ramadan let’s aim at replacing our negative addictions with new positive ones and work our way to gradually unwind/withdraw from the negative addictions until they disappear from our lives, insha’Allah. Since addiction is such a powerful force that sometimes is hard to resist, can we harness this propensity to be addicted & get ourselves addicted to positive things? Can we get addicted to Salah for example? Or to the Quran? Or to giving Charity?

Ramadan Reinspired: Day Twenty Do you feel like you’ve let yourself down because you didn’t make the most out of the first 20 days of Ramadan? There is no point pondering on the time lost but we can surely do better in the few days that we have left. Let’s speed up our game and make the most out of the last few days.
