This is probably the oil mix I use the most- almost 2-3 times a day. Mix 7 drops peppermint and 7 drops Panaway in a roller with Fractionated Coconut Oil and you'll have a refreshing and soothing roller.  It feels uplifting and energizing on your muscles.
