this is what my babies eat on any given day. I <3 the toddler plates w/ sections bcuz it just makes it easier for me. They always get: fresh organic fruit- whatever is ripe and in season. Apple slice. Fresh RAW veggies; usually carrot, green beans, and sugar snap peas cut up- as a staple. They got corn& sweet cherries 2night from my local farmers market as a treat. Also got meal worms for protein. Their pellet food and HPW as usual. Also tonight was vitamin night, I mix w/ applesauce and honey!
Dill-Yogurt Dip with Vegetables: Mash garlic with 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt. Stir in 2 cups Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill and 1/4 cup chopped parsley. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or up to one day ahead of time. Serve with raw sugar snap peas, yellow bell pepper, cucumber and cherry tomatoes. Or use as a dip for baked pita chips.
