The first arm balancing pose that I tried to strike was Crow pose or Bakasana in sanskrit. At the first month it was super hard, my wrists hurt, my arms wasn't strong enough, but the main problem was lack of core strength that is the most important for those kind of poses. 2 months later I'm not only strike crow pose with ease, but I manage to master few more arm balancing poses as well! I made you a fun & simple video to guide you through the steps so you can fly like a crow! Let's begin
