This season, give thanks for freshly baked pumpkin bread! 1. Preheat oven to 325° F. Grease and flour 2 81/2" x 4 1/2" flour pans. 2. Mix 2 cups flour, 1/2 tspn salt, 1/2 tspn baking powder, 1 tspn baking soda and 1 tspn ground cloves, cinnamon, ground nutmeg; mix and set aside 3. In large blow, mix 1 1/2 sticks of butter and 2 cups sugar. Add 2 eggs and 1 15 ox can of pumpkin puree 4. At low speed, add flour mixture until combined 5. Pour pans and bake for 65-75 mins. Let loaves cool.
