Don't Call it a Quiche! | Don't Call it a Quiche! Marty M makes his grandfather's favorite breakfast pie using a large flour tortilla and plenty of your favorite breakfast... | By Kiera & Ryan & Danny & Justine | Alright y'all. This is one 12 inch flour tortilla that we have lightly sprayed with our cooking spray. Now you're going to add six eggs. About a cup of our daisy sour cream. And about a fourth of a cup of our heavy whipping cream. Now, we're just going to give this a mix. Y'all this is looking good and y'all saw we are just using a 12-inch tortilla like I said and we have put that in our ten-inch skillet. Uh you can use a pie dish if you'd like or maybe even a spring form pan but yeah, I think this is just this is just one of my favorite, you know, lazy ways to make one of the best breakfasts I know how to make. Alright, y'all. As you can see, we brought in the big guns for this. Now, we're start get somewhere. Y'all this is looking perfect. It's getting nice and mixed up. Alright, y'all that looks great. We will put Rama's mixer away. Now, we're going to add a little black pepper. Rad a little bit of our sea salt. Alright, perfect. Now, we're just going to give this one more mix. Y'all, we are ready for the fun part. We are going to add some baby spinach. Uh it's already been triple washed so we're just going to go ahead and throw in a handful. I don't think there's any real need to quadruple wash it. Alright, that looks we're going to come in with our ham. We're just going to use this whole package of cubed ham here, I think. Well, maybe that's enough. We're going to save a little bit for the next one. Let's just get that spread out. I think that's plenty. We we probably use about four to six ounces of cubed ham. Now, we're going to top this off with some of our cheddar jack cheese. Straight off the block here. We're going to go ahead. We're probably going to put a whole bag on here. So, about two cups. Alright, y'all. We're just now going to shove this in the oven for about 30 minutes at 375 degrees. It was exactly 30 minutes and I think this is cooked just right. Let's go ahead and see how we did. Y'all that looks good. First thing we're going to do. So we're just going to transfer this over to our cutting board. Perfect. Y'all look at that. How easy was this? We are just going to do a couple quick things here to top this off. We're going to take some of our bacon bits. We're just going to sprinkle a little bit across the top. Can't have a breakfast without a little bit of bacon. Y'all I can hear you now trying to tell me that this is a quiche but you know it is not. This is 100% a breakfast pie. And I know because my grandfather little bit of cilantro here. Told me that marine sergeants don't eat quiche. And this is one of his favorite breakfast. So you know it's it's breakfast pie in our house. Y'all we got a little bit of cilantro, some bacon. Our southwest breakfast pie is ready to cut. Let's go ahead and see how we did. Shell is nice and crispy. A great substitute for a pie crust. We're just going to put this on our plate here. Oh, wow. That looks delicious. Look at that. And you can top this with little more sour cream if you'd like. I'm going to go ahead and just use some of our paste picante sauce. Just going to put a little on the side here. Y'all it does not get any better or any easier than this. Alright let's see how we did. Alright. Spinach. Salsa. Come here. Oh, that's the bite right there. Alright, y'all. Hm. You know, that is perfect. Okay. Y'all need to make this. Thank you so much for watching. Have a great day.

Heat your oven to 180C and line a dish (20 by 30cm) with parchment paper (grease dish first and cut the corners of the paper to fit it in better) Add your pastry and brush it all around with egg yolk including the edges and fork some holes in the base. If you’ve got some yolk left stick it in the egg and milk mix so it’s not wasted. Add the spinach mix and spread and all the cheese slices and top with the egg mix. Add the asparagus and salt and pepper and some grated cheese if you wish, I used @jarlsberg_ wedge grated. Bake for 55-60 min on medium to low shelf. It may start look puffy and golden after 30 min but hang in there as the pastry won’t be cooked properly. Leave to cool for 15 min and enjoy hot or cold. Reheat in the oven or air fryer, store in fridge for up to 3 days. 313K views · 5.1K reactions | Make tuna in a pan like this next time! Easy and delicious! | Make tuna in a pan like this next time! Easy and delicious! | By Super Recipes | Make tuna in a pan an easy and super delicious recipe. We're going to start our recipe by adding one can of tuna. I'm just going to remove all the liquid. All we need is the fish for this recipe. All in all we've got about 170 grams of tuna. I'm just using a little sieve here to help strain out any of that water. And add that right into a bowl. We're now going to add 2 eggs. And mix the eggs and the tuna really well. This is a perfect consistency. I'm now going to add in one chopped onion along with one chopped tomato. We're also going to need 100 grams of grated mozzarella cheese. Add that right in with everything else. Let's season with some green onions. And give that a good mix together. This recipe is honestly so perfect to serve for lunch or dinner. It's a go-to recipe for me. And you can cook this for lunch when you don't have too much time to cook because it's so easy and comes together so quickly. It's delicious and really simple to prepare. Alright now that that's all mixed up we're going to season. I'm going to start with one tablespoon of salt. I'm also going to add a spoonful of paprika. One spoonful of garlic powder. And some black pepper to finish. And now just mix everything together again. And of course all these spices are completely optional. You can add more. You can add less whatever you prefer. This is already looking so good and it's nice and colorful. Now, I'm going to be adding one tablespoon of flour. Mix all these ingredients together very well. Alright, after mixing, it is almost ready. We are now going to set this aside so we can start cooking. So, first, let's heat our pan over a medium heat. Let's go ahead and add some oil. Spread it well all over the pan. And now just add everything right into your pan like this. Spread it out well so it cooks nice and evenly. I'm just going to use a spoon to help me with this part. And we're going to cook this on a low heat. Cover and cook this for about 10 minutes. Alright it's been 10 minutes. We're going to remove the lid and turn your recipe over. I'm using a plate to help. Put it back in the pan. And we're going to cover again and let this cook for five more minutes. And that's it. Our pie is ready just like that. Let's serve this on a plate. It is ready to eat. Let's give this a try. This tuna pie is so perfect inside. This really is delicious and so easy to prepare. What a treat. It's worth trying this recipe at home. Your family is going to love it and the smell of tuna is so irresistible. Enjoy.
