Pedro Collins. INGREDIENTS: 2 parts BACARDÍ Superior rum , 1 part freshly squeezed lemon juice , 2 tsp fine white sugar (caster sugar) , To fill: Soda or sparkling water. METHOD: Pour the BACARDÍ Superior rum, lemon juice and caster sugar into a cocktail shaker with cubes of ice and then give it a good, hard shake. Fine strain the mixture into a serving glass and top it up with soda. Finish by garnishing it with a lemon wheel.
Pool Drink: Vodka Lemonade Slush 12 oz frozen lemonade concentrate 12 oz vodka 24 oz cold water zest 1 lemon Lemon slices garnish large bowl combine lemonade, vodka, water & lemon zest. Stir to combine Pour lemonade mixture into shallow pan. Freeze 8 hours or overnight, stir once halfway through. serve, fluff ice w/fork & spoon in glasses. Garnish w/lemon.
