"I lost 135 lbs (I'm 5' 9") - the last time I was at this weight, I was 11, off of blood thinners for Deep Vein Thrombosis (Blood clots) and just feeling absolutely fabulous!"   I love helping people get healthy!  Results vary. Typical weight loss is 2-5lbs the first two weeks and 1-2lbs each week thereafter.
