Kapotasana//Essa na imagem é uma variação, mais simples, da kapotasana, também chamada de “postura do pombo”. Nessa kapotasana com uma perna dobra a outra perna e se inclina sobre ela e “engatinha” as suas mãos até lá na frente, deixando-as estendidas e tenta encostar a testa no chão (vá até onde conseguir). Respira profundamente cinco vezes vezes nessa posição, volta e faz outras duas vezes. É uma postura que alivia a tensão nos quadris, por isso melhora a dor no ciático.
