tambo tambo! a traditional filipino pudding made with tapioca pearls,rice flour balls, coconut milk and chopped up mangoes. i bet adding pineapple chunks would take this to a whole other level of incredible ;)
Igado is an Ilocano dish made from strips of meat, liver, kidney, heart, and intestines cooked with garlic, onion, bay leaf, capsicum (bell pepper), green peas, potato, carrot, sugar, salt, vinegar, and soy sauce. Some cooked it with different variations as being oily, soupy, dry and meaty, salty-sour or sweet-sour-salty in taste.
