These skilled manipulators have an arsenal of tactics...They can inflict so much psychological warfare and make you suppress so much emotion that you can be backed into an emotional corner. When this happens, the intense frustration you feel, but are not allowed to express through normal communication, will cause you to blow up in a reaction of self-defense. Opinion vs. Empathy Wow I have recently witnessed the biggest setup/attempt to use psychological warfare to destroy a person and discredit them and the facts about someone the held within them. Truly disgusting and evil people lurk amongst us with their lies and insecurities. I've learned that how they treat and the quality of their relationship with their parents are usually indeed a tell tell sign as to the emotional capacity to be a good human being or a completely horrid individual…

Opinion is really the lowest form of human knowledge. It requires no accountability, no understanding. The highest form of knowledge is empathy, for it requires us to suspend our egos and live in another's world.

A "normal" person doesn't engage in psychological warfare against their partner. I'm sure that is why their spouse is able to react in such a way that you believe to be "normal."

Mentally abusing someone then telling them not to behave like they have been mentally abused is like stabbing someone and telling them not to bleed.
