Here is a good variation for Downward Dog with Glute Extensions! Using resistance bands activates dormant muscle groups & offers amazing stretches. Keeping your arms straight, core engaged & feet flexed, lift your right leg straight back behind you, toes pointed slightly outward. Squeeze your glute at the top of the extension.
