The first arm balancing pose that I tried to strike was Crow pose or Bakasana in sanskrit. At the first month it was super hard, my wrists hurt, my arms wasn't strong enough, but the main problem was lack of core strength that is the most important for those kind of poses. 2 months later I'm not only strike crow pose with ease, but I manage to master few more arm balancing poses as well! I made you a fun & simple video to guide you through the steps so you can fly like a crow! Let's begin

When I'm teaching, particularly during balancing postures, I often see people rushing to get into poses and then getting frustrated when they can't maintain their balance and wind up falling over. There are two ways to fix this, and they're both relatively simple solutions. Click below to read more.

Chaturanga is probably one of the most incorrectly done asanas in yoga, and not saying incorrect in terms of being mean, but in terms of its not beneficial and can be harmful to your body which is not what yoga is. On chaturanga you really want to pin your elbows to your side. Once you get down about halfway to where you elbows are pressed into your ribs...stay there no need to go any lower. Going lower puts a lot of stress on the shoulder...
