From Atelier Crenn in SF. 'Jardin d'hiver'. Chef Dominique Crenn. I like how she focuses on producing concepts for a plate as much as combinations. Restaurant get's mixed reviews but always surprises. A good source of inspiration.
Spicy Tuna Hand Rolls / Bev Cooks - love sushi but not really into the raw fish so will do a tad of modifying. Great commentary with the recipe. I promise you will be amused.
