Butterscotch Cupcake: Ingredients-1 box gluten free white cake mix, 1 box butterscotch instant pudding mix,1 cup water, 1/3 cup oil, 3 eggs Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin pans with paper liners. In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil and eggs. Mix well. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full. Bake for 25-30 min. Gluten Free!
