Getting rid of Thrips on my Monstera, again.. Pests happen, but they can be eradicated. See notes!
My steps for thrips, or really any plant pest: • First, locate where the thrips are on your plant. Just because you have a pest like thrips doesn't mean they will be all over your plant. Also doesn't mean they can't be all over your plant... Check for small white specks moving. They will most likely be on your stems and under the plants leaves • Second, wash your plant! Wash your plant leaves with water, to dislodged any thrips. Make sure if you've just watered your plant to not over water it when washing. You can use plastic bags to cover your pot. • Third, use Jack's Dead Bug Brew to spray the plant. You can use this every week depending on how infested your plant is, but don't use this every day. It can kill your plant. • Hope this helps!
