CATEGORY: Typography WHAT WE LIKE: We like how F starts with fire and a fire is on the F, and how it's bold and simple like a fire. WHERE WE COULD USE THIS: We could use this for a heading for the Catching Fire movie, or anything else related with fire. Ridhika

"Just gotta digest the carve-ups a little more, really there's 2 layers. The upper layer is the shading, the value gradients on each of the 6 pieces that fade from transparent to shaded. Looks like they're just linear gradients from 0 alpha to about 15% on the inner layer, and maybe 7% on the outer layer, theyr'e just offset about 60 degrees. Then there's the bottom layer, a copy of the base shape but has a custom gradient painted into it."
