Ice Cream With Evaporated Milk Recipe - 6 lg eggs, 2 1/2 c sugar, 2 (13 oz each) cans evaporated milk, 14 oz sweetened condensed milk, 1 T vanilla, 1 3/4 quarts milk. Beat eggs approximately 5 minutes. Add sugar, evaporated milk, condensed milk, vanilla, and 1 quart milk. Stir. Pour into 2-quart ice cream freezer. Add in sufficient amount of the remaining milk to reach the fill-line on the canister. Avoid overfilling. Freeze following manufacturer's instructions.
