The chair has cabriole front legs with shaped feet and turned back legs with shaped feet. The legs are joined by a beautifully shaped turned and carved cross stretcher and the shaped arms have a broad elbow rest and carved supports. The chair has an upholstered seat and back and covered in a contemporary pale green material. The chair is in good condition. (Circa 1890)

An early 19th century Regency mahogany sabre leg elbow chair. The chair has an inset top rail to the back with carved decoration and the centre has a carved scrolling detail. The centre rail has the same figured mahogany panel in the middle with a cross banded edge. The back supports scrolling arms and sabre legs which all have a reeded profile that flows into each other.
Bobbin Turned Corner Chair
A late 19th to early 20th century bobbin turned beech wood corner chair. The chair has turned stretchers and spindles to the back all with a bobbin turned design. The original chair seat is made from woven rushes hence it is called 'Rush Seated'. The chair is in good order.

The side rails of the back sweep down and continue into the seat and legs and have a reeded profile. The drop in seat pads are upholstered in a contemporary cream coloured material.

The middle rail has the same figured mahogany panel in the centre with a cross banded edge. The back supports, scrolling arms and sabre legs all have a reeded profile that flows into each other.
