Bunga Kantan, or Torch Ginger flower... yes, it's edible and oh so delicious!
Fragrant rice cooked in many types of herbs and served with finely cut raw parsley, taugeh, flower bud (bunga kantan), long beans, lettuce, fried chicken/fish n very spicy sambal belacan. Best found in Kota Bahru, Kelantan, Malaysia!!
