Preheat oven to 450°F. ⁠⠀⁠⠀⁠⠀⁠ ⁠ 2. Combine grated butter, flour, sugar, and strawberries in a large bowl. Chill in the freezer for 10 minutes. ⁠⠀⁠ ⁠ 3. Make a well in the flour and add buttermilk straight from the fridge. Stir 15 times or until the flour is moistened. ⁠⠀⁠⠀⁠ ⁠ 4. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead, adding additional flour until no longer sticky. Shape it into a rectangle.⁠ ⁠ 5.
