The coffee blossoms at #TheIbnii_Coorg. The plant flowers only once a year during the dry period between February and March. The quality of the blossom sets the bar for the calibre of coffee bean harvested the following year. When the flower is in full bloom, its fragrance attracts a panoply of bees and butterflies to come and pollinate.
