Attitude of gratitude

This post discusses various ways on how to practice gratitude despite prior childhood trauma and life's current challenges.

Even if you had a bad day, this simple exercise can still help. It will shift your platform of perception to one that is appreciative and positive. It will also cause you to look for the goodness in your life that you may forget to notice. It will make it easier to go to sleep with the feeling that you had a fulfilling day. <3
