These DIY hats were by far the most time consuming detail I spent on the party. I couldn't find simple brown cone hats ANYWHERE! We wound up purchasing traditional colored hats, and wrapping them all with brown paper. Then I topped each one with a colored pompom. Everyone participated wearing them which made the labor worthwhile!
