Ingredients 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup evaporated milk 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract 1/8 tsp. salt Melt 1 stick butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat add the sugar, milk, and cocoa Stir and bring to a boil.
