The Howling Hound is about as old as Hofendal itself. Aside from the church, it was the main place for people to meet each other. It was named after the owner's dog, who was known it town as the 'howling hound'. The dog turned out to be cursed, and when one day it attacked a patron, they turned into a werewolf. This was the beginning of an old werewolf plague. By now, most everyone has forgotten about it. This map is available on my Patreon where I make Fantasy Maps for DnD and other RPG's
